Let me say that I like CP and hope he is here in the US for many years to come and gets his full health back. His riding is obviously amazing.

I think this question is interesting and it may motivate him to ride even harder these last 4 races. I for one would like to see his full potential.

Question

At the start of this season you said that you thought you were the better rider in 2009, you one 13 motos to Dungey's 7, you both had 4 overall victories. Canard is on a bit of a roll now this year with 4 moto wins to your 8 but Canard has 3 overalls to your 2. If you win this title but don't have the most moto wins or overall victories will that bother you or lessen this championship in any way in your eyes?

You are comparing apples to oranges. Pourcel currently has a pretty fat points lead that you can bet he will extend this weekend. You don't think he is managing it a bit? Last year, he essentially lost the championship when his bike blew up.

Yes points are what matter and I do think he is "managing it". Me personally and IMO most American fans don't like to see a guy manage the points. I like to see a guy go all out and battle for wins.

I would like to see CP take it to Canard not because he has to but because he can.
As a fan a good battle for a win would be nice to watch. I don't pay to watch a race and say man look how smart that guy is, I pay to see them go as fast as they can, give it there all and try and win.

If Dungey chases down and pass Stewart this weekend and then crashes out and throws this championship away, I will be even a bigger Dungey fan just because he went for it and as he said he isn't going to let some one walk all over him. As a fan I love that.

I like CP I just want to see him at his best, I agree with him he was faster than Dungey last year.
