Seattle SX.
Just got back from the SX. All I can say is WOW, Seattle is the most confusing city to navigate through lol. Besides getting lost, I had a real good time. I'm stoked that Lawrence came out on top and I can only imagine the party he is throwing right now.
The track was horrible. I walked part of the track and it was mostly rocks. I think they brought gravely dirt in since there was a chance of rain, but didn't expect the amount of rocks. Most the teams threw on handguards and those who didn't paid the price. They said KDub's knuckles were bleeding from the amount of roost!!
On a bummer note, Nathan Ramsey had a real bad accident. From what I understand Dusty Klatt landed on him in this section. From what the flaggers and other photos told me, it was bad and gruesome. Best of luck N8 with the arm!
The SX class was really exciting to watch. Reed fell in the first corner and it looked like Windham would walk away with it but bad luck struck when he got tangled with a tuff block and let numerous riders by. It was nice to watch Short run up front for a while until the rest of the pack caught him.
Tiger Lacey looked real strong in his heats but with the stacked rider list it was hard to qualify for the main. He stood out in the LCQ by running 2nd for a while and made a mistake and lost a position giving him the Gas Card.

Cool report, look forward to seeing some photo's as well. I wish Milsaps and Short could have stepped it up and put themselves between Reed and Windam. I think it's still a long shot and a bit of luck for Windham to get a championship. Reed is either a really gnarly guy, or has incredible Dr's. to put in a come from behind ride to 2nd place.
