AMA Supercross Class Results: Indianapolis
1. Ryan Villopoto, Poulsbo, Wash., Kawasaki - Great recovery and ride for RV, he is showing signs that he is finding his prior race winning and championship winning form. Not good for the competition.

2. Ryan Dungey, Belle Plaine, Minn., Suzuki - Solid performance, he is definitely still running a championship winning type season, now he just needs to win and go on a small streak, like maybe win 3 in a row and that will silence Indy finishers #9 & #10 a bit.

3. Kevin Windham, Centerville, Miss., Honda - Good on K-Dub, I really wish he would have won though like his team manager "the Rock" at Indy in 2004

4. Justin Brayton, Murrieta, Calif., Yamaha - Solid performance, in fact best performance to date in 2010. JGR must be getting a little happier to get closer to the podium.

5. Davi Millsaps, Murrieta, Calif., Honda - Not sure what happened, sound like he might have got tight, but for 5 laps the dude was on a tear, did he crash earlier in practice that day as well? 5th are good for being on the podium at the end of the year but not for the top step of the box. Davi18 please win some more, it's good for the fans.

6. Chris Blose, Phoenix, Ariz., Honda - Great ride for H&H team, I think best to date, Boni has underperformed this year, and this is the best ride to date for Blose, Ping spoke highly of him as a 250 rider. I am not really sure what he is capable of.

7. Grant Langston, Murrieta, Calif., Yamaha - Great ride for Grant, one word "progress"

8. Nick Wey, Murrieta, Calif., Kawasaki - Top tens probably keep Kawasaki happy and Monster happy I guess, if Wey is 8th on a factory bike, where will he be on a Ti-Lube bike, just curious. I would love to see him in the top 5 or on the podium, it would make for a good story.

9. Josh Hill, Yoncalla, Ore., Yamaha - no bueno amigo, I guess if you going to have a bad day it's better to have it at round 7 and not round 16. Winning race, win titles, he sure is fun to watch though, great style (not even sure which past rider he reminds me of, but cool style non the less)

10. Jason Lawrence, Carlsbad, Calif., Yamaha -Good ride for the comeback kid at least he's in the main and completing 20 laps, the JLaw Racing bikes look good.

For those of you that were at the race, do you have any insight...
What happened to Byrne, Reardon, Canard (I know he crashed, anyone know the end result?)

Yes John, DM crashed earlier in practice but although spectacular (landed on a tuf box and got otb) it wasn't bad. Just sore.

RV is definitely on a roll and rode a smart, patient, race.

After watching KW14 win his Heat and pull away from RD5, I really thought he was top contender to win the race. Both DM and Windham got passed by RV and RD on the same line in the flat-track corner. RV and Dungey managed to keep it tighter inside. They're all on Dunlop, so it's not like it's a tire issue.

For sure Ryan Dungey needs to win another one soon. Even if Hill had a night off, he's not going to repeat it every weekend and RV is definitely looking the strongest right now. RD hasn't really race RV recently. A close battle between them will be interesting.
