What is your opinion on Ricky being in the booth for the Speed SX broadcasts?

He's getting a lot of flack behind the scenes with the riders, no doubt about it. I heard more RC jokes in the last three weeks with the guys I hung out with than ever before. But...you can't deny the RC/Dungey connection and of course RC wants to come across as sounding smart up there so he's going to talk about what he knows- Dungey's program. Same as Fro knows Byrne and the Kawi guys and speaks about them. I would be in there and babble about Tim Ferry because I'm educated about all things Ferry. 
The thing that bugs me is going on and on about how Dungey wants it, is a champion etc etc...RV is MORE of a champion and how in the hell do you measure want-it-ness?

I admire the hell out of RC, but Ive had my fill of his comentating. Not the Dungey/Canard cheerleading but just his cheeriness and the way he can dominate the booth at times. RC a couple times a year is good, but not the frequency we've seen him this year.
I think Chad Reed would be GREAT in the booth. Brutal honesty always works well for a broadcast.

That's kind of how I feel. Dude how can we miss you if you won't go away. Besides seems like it's a slap in the face to Fro. He's the color guy. Not bashing Ralhp or Jeff but hearing Ralph call RC the "goat" all the time gets old.

RC ads a lot to the broad cast in my opinion. But they need a stool or something for him when they stick him in the middle of Jeff and Ralph?
I enjoy it, I actually enjoy having pro riders up there, be it RC4, James Stewart, Josh Grant or who ever. i wish Ping and Kenny Watson would join Ralph and Jeff once in a while.
