Just watch Transworld Shadow w/ Kyle Regal, honestly I don't know much about him other than he left his team mid-season, has put in solid results for a privateer, was a top amateur I believe and his stepdad Mark is good for sound bytes. Check out this vid over at TransWorld.. Kyle Regal Vid
He's claiming he has top five / podium potential, thoughts anyone?

Quick Question:
Why didn't Honda give Regal a shot a the Red Bull Honda Racing bike that Windham's riding? Is he getting any Honda support or will he get any for any future races?

If things keep going the way they have been at the Nationals, I think Regal, with a little luck can win a moto.

Regal has been very impressive running against the big guys. Especially since he is running out of a Sprinter van.The underdog running down the big boys.Makes you wonder how he would do on the Honda.I know he would do just as good as Millsaps if not better. Unfortunately the DOC-U-MEN-TAT-ION theory probably comes into play.
Yes, I think Kyle is definitely podium contender. I think he's build of the same mold Dungey is. I think he just needs to be picked up by the right people, like Dungey was. I remember him when he was an amateur, he had this work ethic all along. He is doing pretty well (been unconsistent a bit for sure) on a privateer's machine with little support.
I have to say it was a good sight seeing him soar over Alessi, and pass him, on the Larocco's Leap at Red Bud.
