There is definitely a book to be written about the group of riders who could be considered the pioneers of the sport. For example the small group of riders from the first few x games: where are they now? what type of people are they really? behind the scenes, stories about inventing tricks, turmoil and success. Its an interesting group of athletes for sure with some having great success and others not. Think of names like Cinqmars, Hart, Clowers, Deegan, Pastrana, Jones, Adoptante, Metzger.
